Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will gladly issue you a refund for the value of the merchandise or we will exchange your item. All returns must be returned unworn, in new condition and in original packaging with the packing slip. If we customized the order for you, the order cannot be cancelled. The sale is final and is non-returnable and non-refundable.

If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with tracking. Items valued over $35 must be returned to us with a trackable shipping service. For items below $35, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. We are not responsible for returned packages that get lost.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days. The customer pays for return shipping unless we shipped an incorrect item.

Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the item is broken or defective upon receipt.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt of item.

Returns take 3-5 business to process.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We ship our orders within 1 business day of the payment clearing. Please allow extra time for Holidays. Orders received after 11:00am MDT will be processed the next business day.

If an item needs to be sized, engraved, or customized please allow additional time for your item to be shipped. Please contact us for time frames. Any item that is customized is non-returnable, non-refundable and the order cannot be cancelled as per our Return Policy.

Some items are made to order and may take 3-5 business days to ship. Please refer to the item listing.

We offer free standard shipping in U.S. You can upgrade the shipping to Priority or Express at checkout for an additional fee. Orders that are being shipped to locations outside of the U.S. may be delayed by Custom’s Inspections, and are subject to the destination country’s policies and restrictions on international orders. Buyer pays duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

All packages are shipped with tracking and you will receive the tracking number when the package has been processed. A signature maybe required on packages over $250.00.
